Does God answer prayers? Absolutely! A few days ago a few of my old and new friends here in Guatemala were talking and praying about the need for shoes for the children in the dump at Escuintla, near the recent volcano eruption. At the same time God had placed this ministry on my heart and said to buy shoes and take to them. I sent a message asking for sizes, which was not seen until later that night. We purchased 450 plus pairs of shoes and gave them over half. When they told me that they had just prayed for shoes the same day I contacted them, it reinforced the message that God has given me to share with the world:  Dream Big, Listen for that still small voice of the Holy Spirit, Step out on faith, Give God the GLORY!!!

I give God all the Glory for everything HE the Holy Spirit does through a wretch like me!

Also the shoes we had left over we took back to Limones and every child that needed shoes received.  I told one of the brothers in our storage closet to look at the shelves, as we gave pair after pair out to the never ending line of children, the shelves stayed full and seemed to replenish themselves miraculously.  I have witnessed this type of miracle over and over as we are faithful with the little resources we have, God abundantly and bountifully blesses and multiplies for HIS Glory!!!  At the end, we still had shoes left over.
